Research and Development
Research and development is an activity aimed at obtaining new or deepening existing scientific knowledge and achievements in a specific field, and is an important component and prerequisite for training qualified specialists. For example, to obtain a PhD or Doctor of Science degree, one must independently carry out scientific research. The scientific community believes that in the context of the information society and constant updating of knowledge, the ability to quickly navigate information flows, analyze, select what is needed, conduct independent research, and prove its effectiveness in practice are very important and useful skills.
Scientific work in the «G-TEST» LLC laboratory is carried out jointly with master's students and young scientists under the guidance of experienced research supervisors, Doctors of Science, and professors.
Objectives of scientific work in the laboratory:

To introduce modern scientific research methods and teach how to apply them in practice

To conduct experimental and pilot studies

To teach independent planning and organization of work

To format research results in accordance with requirements

To identify pressing scientific problems and find ways to solve them

To prove the correctness of the obtained results and their benefit to science, to defend one's point of view in scientific discussions through public defense, participation in conferences, seminars, etc.

To set specific goals, formulate hypotheses, and prove them in practice
Currently, 22% of the laboratory staff hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Technical Sciences. Work is also underway on two scientific projects.
