Rights and Obligations of the Certification Applicant
The certification applicant has the right to choose the forms and schemes of conformity assessment provided for certain types of products; voluntarily choose a certification body that matches the scope of accreditation; send complaints to the State Unitary Enterprise «Uzbek Accreditation Center» or other authorized bodies regarding unlawful actions of the certification body; and familiarize themselves with certification procedures and price calculations.The certification applicant is obliged to provide relevant information necessary to comply with certification conditions; provide copies of relevant documents; ensure the stability of product characteristics confirmed by the certificate; release products into circulation after obtaining the certificate; comply with established requirements when using conformity marks; suspend or terminate product sales in case of certificate suspension or termination; provide all conditions for specialists during production inspection; notify the certification body in writing about product modifications; and keep records of all complaints.Main applicant obligations:
