LLC «G-TEST» bears responsibility through legally binding commitments for managing all information obtained or created during certification.

Key aspects of ensuring confidentiality:

• All information, except for publicly available or agreed data, is considered private and confidential;

• If information disclosure is required by law, the client or interested party is notified in advance;

• Client information received from third-party sources is also strictly confidential;

• All staff and involved employees have signed a «Statement on Confidentiality of Information».
