Impartiality Policy
The management and employees of LLC «G-TEST», including the product certification body «BM-Sert», publicly declare that they recognize the importance of impartiality in conformity assessment activities.
Company Commitments for Ensuring Impartiality:
To carry out its activities in the field of product conformity assessment impartially;
To be responsible for the impartiality of conformity assessment activities and prevent commercial, financial, or other pressure;
To regularly identify risks to impartiality and minimize them if identified;
Not to offer or provide conformity assessment as well as consultancy services related to the same conformity assessment object of the same client;
To refuse providing services to clients whose relationship with consultants creates an unacceptable threat to impartiality;
To structure and manage the company to guarantee impartiality and balanced involvement of interested parties;
To define corporate policy so that all internal and external personnel act impartially;
Not to involve personnel who provided consultancy services regarding an object in conformity assessment actions for that same object.
